Delivery

Delivery procedures

  • The Order is delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer at the time of the Order.
  • Delivery is made via COLETARIA PAKETA GRUP SRL.
Geographical areas concerned
  • Products are delivered exclusively to the European Union, or to any country.
  • Delivery times
    • Romania: 1 to 3 working days
    • European Union: 3 to 5 working days
    • US, Canada & Singapore: 2 to 12 working days
    • The above-mentioned delivery times run from the date of the Order Confirmation.
    • In the event of a late delivery by ALL TECH RO SRL that is not due to force majeure, the Customer may terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt if, after instructing northedgewatch.eu by the same means to deliver the Order within a reasonable additional period, delivery has not been made within that period, pursuant to the provisions of Article L.216-2 of the Consumer Code.

Shipping costs

  • For the countries from the European Union the shipping is free for orders over 100 Euro, for orders with a value under 100 Euro the shipping cost is 10 Euro.
  • The shipping value for other countries will be displayed at checkout.
